This is your new job

• As an Active Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with our units to develop search strategies to identify suitable colleagues
• Between our locations in Hamburg, Berlin (Q2) London and Luxembourg you are responsible for the development and implementation of Active Sourcing.  
• You take over the operative recruiting of the best possible candidates by selecting the appropriate recruiting channels with a focus on active sourcing and work on the further development of target group-specific recruiting strategies
• The independent implementation of direct contact with candidates via social media is a focal point of your work, including the research and evaluation of new recruiting channels
• With your winning and communicative manner, you will contact suitable candidates, conduct personal interviews and, as a central contact person, take over the organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and the support of applicants
• The collaboration in the development of a Talent Relationship Management and the execution of personnel marketing activities and organization, as well as the participation in career fairs and recruiting events rounds off your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on human resources or a comparable education and at least three years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have a confident appearance, a structured, reliable way of working and are experienced in dealing with MS-Office and social networks such as XING and LinkedIn.
• Commitment, flexibility and assertiveness round off your confident appearance
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
