We are looking for you to join our team in Hamburg (or Berlin) as Customer Success Manager (B2C) as soon as possible.

This is your new job

• You will accompany our leasing prospects on their way to their new dream home  

• You like to approach customers proactively and have stamina in conducting customer meetings and love to create top service  

• You answer all queries from our customers about the process competently and independently, both in writing and on the phone   

• You pick up new service questions and support topics and find solutions together with the team.  

• You enjoy continuously optimizing our processes together with the team.  

Requirements

• You have already gained professional experience in customer support - preferably in the hotel industry,   

• You are willing to learn and enjoy change.  

• You are interested in the real estate industry   

• You are a strong communicator and a trustworthy contact person for our customers  

• You think along with our customers and are always one step ahead in order to make the entire process as customer-oriented as possible  

• You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working with you  

• You are excited to work in a start-up and you quickly find your way around new tools, experience with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is a plus   

• You speak and write fluent German and English (company language is English)
