This is your new job

• You accompany our prospective leasers on their way to their new dream home.
• After your on-boarding, you will answer all our customers' questions about the process competently and independently in writing or by telephone.
• You take up new service questions and support topics and find solutions together with the team.
• You design our customer success processes
• You write help articles and answers and place them in our knowledge base for clients and colleagues to access.

Requirements

• You have gained professional experience in customer care already  - also in the hotel industry, gastronomy or retail trade.
• You are interested in the real estate industry
• You are strong in communication and a trustworthy contact person for our customers
• You  are always one step ahead of our customers in order to make the entire process as customer-oriented as possible.
• You have initiative, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working.
• You like working in a start-up company and you quickly find your way around new tools. Experiences with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) are a plus.
• You speak and write fluent German.
