This is your new job
You will accompany our leasing prospects on their way to their new dream home
You like to approach customers proactively and have stamina in conducting customer meetings and love to create top service
You answer all queries from our customers about the process competently and independently, both in writing and on the phone
You pick up new service questions and support topics and find solutions together with the team.
You enjoy continuously optimizing our processes together with the team.
Requirements
You have already gained professional experience in customer support - preferably in the hotel industry,
You are willing to learn and enjoy change.
You are interested in the real estate industry
You are a strong communicator and a trustworthy contact person for our customers
You think along with our customers and are always one step ahead in order to make the entire process as customer-oriented as possible
You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working with you
You are excited to work in a start-up and you quickly find your way around new tools, experience with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is a plus
You speak and write fluent German and English (company language is English)
