This is your new job

  • You accompany our leasing prospects on their way to their new dream home
  • After your on-boarding you answer all questions from our customers and partners regarding the process competently and independently
  • You advise our customers and partners in writing and by telephone
  • You take up new service questions and support topics and find solutions together with the team
  • You write help articles and answers and put them in our knowledge base so that customers and colleagues can access them
  • You support the team in day-to-day business and back office tasks

Requirements

  • You have good communication skills and are a trustworthy contact person on your way to your new home
  • You think are always one step ahead of our customers in order to make the entire process as customer-oriented as possible
  • You act reliably and on an equal footing with our customers and partners, acting proactively and solution-oriented
  • You are conscientious and have an eye for details in handling individual cases and routine tasks
  • With logical thinking and creativity you drive forward the automation of our operational processes
  • You show initiative, have a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
  • You are startup and technology savvy and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and tools
